Northstar Technologies Group Drives Quantum’s Next Growth Phase with Strategic Acquisition from Compass Datacenters

Acquisition positions Northstar Enterprise and Defense to significantly expand modular data center solutions in defense, military, and global markets; Compass remains strategic partner.

Bonita Springs, Florida and Dallas – April 2, 2025 – Northstar Technologies Group, a leader in fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite structural building systems, today announced its acquisition of Compass Quantum (Compass Edgepoint Systems), an independently operated subsidiary of Compass Datacenters. This strategic acquisition rebrands Quantum into two new business units: Northstar Enterprise and Defense and Northstar Federal, which will spearhead the delivery of advanced modular data center solutions, especially within enterprise, defense, military, and federal sectors.
